What would my bill look like?
ExampleConcrete monthly math for a solo founder on Pro.
Switch to Annual ($190/year) and the same setup costs $15.83/month effective. Save $38/year.
What if I go over my request limit?
No surprises- Free, StarterHard cap. Once you hit your monthly request limit, requests return 429 until the next billing cycle. No surprise bill, ever.
- Pro, Team, Business20% burst free above the cap. Then $10 per 100,000 extra requests, prorated. Spend caps default ON so you cannot accidentally overspend.
- EnterprisePer contract. Custom request volumes, custom overage handling, custom commitments.
Spend caps default ON. You will never be billed beyond your chosen ceiling without an explicit opt-in.

Frequently asked
Cost-control and billing answers up front.
What happens when I hit my monthly request limit?
On Free or Starter, requests return HTTP 429 until your next billing cycle resets. No bill. On Pro and up, you get a 20% free burst above the cap; beyond that, metered overage at $10 per 100,000 extra requests applies (with spend caps on by default to prevent surprises). Cycle resets on the day of the month you subscribed.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Each plan includes a fixed number of workspace seats (Free / Starter: 1, Pro: 3, Team: 10, Business: 25). You don't pay extra per teammate inside the limit. Need more seats? Move up a tier, or ask about Enterprise.
Can I have a separate staging or dev project for free?
Yes. Free includes 3 projects. Most solo builders run production + staging + a sandbox on Free until they outgrow the request cap. The plan applies workspace-wide; you don't pay separately per project.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Stripe's customer portal (linked from your workspace settings). The plan stays active until the end of the current cycle; we don't pro-rate refunds, but you keep access to everything you paid for until period end.
Annual or monthly?
Annual is 17% off (you pay 10 months, get 12). Same product either way. Annual is great if you're confident the tier fits; monthly is great while you're still calibrating. You can switch later through the customer portal.
Do paid features start when I subscribe?
Yes, immediately on a successful checkout. Webhook events flip your workspace to the new plan in <2 seconds; if anything's off, our support email is in the customer portal.
Do you offer purchase orders / invoices / SOC2 reports?
Business and Enterprise. Annual contracts, PO billing, signed MSAs, custom DPAs, and SOC2 reports are part of the Enterprise package; contact us through /contact.
What about the requests my own backend makes (Supabase, my DB, etc)?
Those don't count against your EndpointOS request limit; only requests hitting EndpointOS-served endpoints do. If you're using the Supabase connector, only the public API call (the one EndpointOS authenticates, validates, logs, and proxies) is metered.
